As first-time homebuyers, we didn’t know what to expect…Then we met Lani, who guided us through the process of purchasing our first home. She was easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable about the area, and dedicated to helping us in finding a home within our price range. Although she was working with multiple other customers, we never felt like we received anything less than 100% of her time and effort. She found a way to help us purchase our home in less than a month during which we were both out of the area. We have already recommended Lani to several of our friends and will continue to refer her to others.

We found Lani on the Internet and she earned every penny before we even hit the door to her office. Moving here from Atlanta was a daunting task, because we had to sell our house AND look for a house, too. Not only did she help us buy our home, she helped us sell our home in Atlanta. She kept in constant contact throughout the whole process, even while she was out of town in Florida. When we finally got down here for our house hunting trip her full attention was devoted to us, and we signed a contract the same day she took us looking. In our opinion, there is no one better than Lani.

As first time homebuyers, we were both excited and nervous. Finding Lani was the best thing that could have happened to us. From the very first time we spoke to Lani on the phone, she was friendly, knowledgeable, upfront and honest. We told her what we were looking for and she made it happen. It didn't stop there. After finding our perfect new home, Lani went step by step with us while we purchased the house as well. She explained everything as we went and never let any question go unanswered. Being military, we were gone quite a bit, and Lani went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked out wonderfully. We could not be happier with both our new home and the buying experience. We really appreciate everything Lani did for us, we couldn't have done it without her.

Lani Moore was one of the first people we met when arriving in Richmond Hill. As a military couple, it was important that we find a home quickly and Lani made that happen. She focused in on our needs and immediately produced a list of homes for us to view. The negotiations and closing went off without a hitch. Five years later, we're on the move again, and we didn't hesitate when calling Lani to represent us. Listing and preparing our house was a snap due to Lani's solid advice. Our house was only on the market for 3 weeks and we already had a closing date! We could not be more pleased with Lani's professionalism, dedication, and enthusiasm for her customers. We’re a military family and made our 9th move in 14 years when we were assigned to Fort Stewart/ Hunter Army Airfield. When we started looking for a place to live we had to decide to rent or buy. We drove from VA to GA over Memorial weekend and Lani Moore spent most of her time with us ( in addition to 2 kids and a mother in law) patiently explaining all of our options. Lani Moore was energetic and listened to OUR needs and showed us available rental properties and homes for sale only in the price range we set. She never pushed her own rental or sale listings. Lani didn’t even show us the house we ended up renting because it was more than the price we had set. We decided on one of Lani's rentals in Waterford Landing. Since we were out of state, all of the correspondence and documents were done via email and fax, it was all done fast and accurately. Lani is a fantastic landlord who does a great job of taking care of both the tenant and owner. When we found out we were going to be here for 3 years, instead of 2 years, we decided it would be in our best interest to buy a house. Again, Lani did a great job of fulfilling her obligation to the owner while being fair to us, we bought the 6 month old house we were renting, without a real estate agent to represent us. We now own a great home in Waterford Landing, which is a 40 minute drive to Hunter AAF and a 30 minute drive to Ft. Stewart. I highly recommend Lani Moore as a realtor and Waterford Landing as your new home.

If you think that you can't buy or build a house over the internet, you are wrong. Just work with Lani, she will make it happen. We are a military family moving from Arizona to Georgia and we could not go house hunting together, so Lani e-mailed me pictures and floor plans of a great number of homes in our price range. In the end we choose a house just barely under construction by Cottonwood Homes and I was able to pick all of the flooring, paint, counter tops, light fixtures, brick, siding, roof, etc... It would not have been possible if Lani had not been sending me samples and pictures of the house in progress. She was my liaison to the builder and she did an outstanding job! This is our first home and I love it! She did a great job getting to us and our needs and who would have thought that you can buy a house off the internet?!?!?

We moved to Richmond Hill from London in 2001. Lani was instrumental in securing a suitable rental property for us. She sent us photographs of a number of houses and supplied pertinent details such as schooling and shopping facilities. We found Lani to be very pleasant and honest in our dealings with her. Her knowledge of Richmond Hill and the property market in general are second to none and we have absolutely no reservations about recommending her to people looking for rental housing or indeed a house to purchase.
