The General Information below is provided to prospective tenants for informational purposes only. Any agreement between a tenant and Moore Properties with be wholly represented by the Lease Agreement. Nothing here may superceed the Lease Agreement.
Lani H. Moore is the Managing Broker of Moore Properties and its' sole agent.
Moore Properties conducts business in accordance with the Fair Housing Act (the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended by the Fair Housing Act of 1988). It is illegal to discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin in the rental or advertisement of rental housing.
Moore Properties operates as the property owner's representative regarding the letting of their properties. All inquiries, payments and decisions are managed by Moore Properties under contract with the owner.
All applicants for rentals are required to allow a credit check, and must provide verifiable references for employment and previous housing status. A non-refundable application fee of $40.00 for singles, or $80.00 for couples, must accompany all applications.
All rental properties require a minimum one month's rent for a security deposit due prior to possesion. Rarely, special circumstances may require an additional month's rent for a deposit, as determined by Moore Properties.
Not all properties allow pets. Where a pet is allowed a non-reundable pet fee of $350.00 is required. Multiple pets may require additional non-refundable pet fees, as determined by Moore Properties.
